Thank you for shopping at YourTruckPartsNow.com. We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected or may not fit your truck as anticipated. To ensure our customers have the best shopping experience, we have outlined our return policy below.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Restocking Fee & Shipping Costs
- Depending on the part you are returning, a restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.
- If the return is not due to an error on our part, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item received was defective or incorrect, YourTruckPartsNow.com will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow a certain amount of days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model, please contact our customer service team. Note that you will still be subject to any restocking fees or additional shipping costs as mentioned above.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement and cover any return shipping costs.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
8. How to Return Your Item
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at sales@yourtruckpartsnow.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number, your name, and order number.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
